From a very young age, I learned the value of hard work and exceptional service by working alongside my father in his glass business. It was there that I discovered the difference between a good job and a not-so-good job—and, more importantly, the role that genuine care and attention play in every customer interaction.
I learned early on the importance of greeting customers warmly, understanding their needs, and leaving every job site better than we found it. These lessons stuck with me and became the foundation of my career. Over the years, I’ve worked in a variety of trades, gaining hands-on experience and a deep appreciation for the value of customer relationships.
I believe that at the heart of every great service experience is listening—truly hearing what someone needs—and connecting as real people. In a world that’s increasingly fast-paced and digital, I cherish the art of real conversation and strive to bring it back into every interaction. It’s a value I hold dear and one I am proud to teach my children as well.
